hello, i have paid 12.95 (2.95 +10) and i cannot see in my balance this 10 dollars, I can only see the monthly fee of 2.95. when will I see this? thanks

We confirmed the funds are in your prepaid balance

You’ll find it in your Dashboard , the summary tab

The system can send you an automatic email once it falls below a certain dollar amount, set this in My Details
