Over Billing 3.95 instead of 2.95

I am billed 3.95$. It should be 2.95$.
Please explain.

This is due to your number coming from a more expensive pool ( earlier ), however, as a long-term user of ours we’ve made an adjustment and only on this account where we changed the monthly to $2.95 for you.
