My number stopped working

My number from El Salvador worked well for like 2 days, then stopped working, my calls get forwarded to a recorded mensage that you can’t even understand. I created a ticket but not a single answer has been received, the miney I recharged is still there but I can’t use it at all.

Are you sure there are no issues with where you are forwarding the El Salvador number to—with the forwarding number?

You can see the calls in My Account > Call History.

Please also see the info here as there could be issues when an El Salvador number calls your FlyNumber, which is then forwarded to another El Salvador number (you might want to use VoIP instead—it would work better in cases like these).
