Dear FlyNumber Support Team,
I am currently experiencing an issue with incoming calls to my Australian numbers.
When my friend calls either my Australian mobile number or my Melbourne landline number (both are set to forward to my Taiwan mobile number), the call does not go through. Instead, the caller only hears a message saying “the line is busy.”
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?
Is this possibly related to a VoIP configuration problem? Previously, I was using the free version of Zoiper, but it no longer works. Do I need to activate the Cloud Phone System Panel function on my account in order to receive calls properly?
Please let me know what settings or services need to be enabled to ensure successful call forwarding and connectivity.
