I have just paid for a Romanian number and my Paypal stuck at pending. What's going on?

I have just ordered and paid for the service twice thinking I screw up with something. The first time I ordered and my payment got pending, I thought maybe I have done something wrong so I cancel the first order, but the payment was still stuck. I thought if I added the funds to my account first, your system would use it to pay for the first order, but I couldn’t place the order or something. It was why I cancel the first order.

Then, I created a second order which is still pending along with paying it through PayPal.

Now I want my order to be processed through and you can keep the funds that I paid twice.

I was trying to buy a number in Romania from Thailand. I didn’t see any specific instructions specifically requiring me to give any proof or ID. They are not with the * so I didn’t give any. I don’t know if that was my problem or not.

I am trying to get this number as fast as I can so I can use it on Romanian job board website. The one that are not scams don’t accept my Thai number. I am trying to apply for the jobs to relocate there. I want it as soon as possible.

I have already had the SIP account to work with. I can’t wait to use it.

Just to be clear, I saw the phone number on my account now. However, I don’t know if it works or not. I still need to wait until you tell me that it is lived, right? Am I understand correct?

I have given my SIP username and its domain to you when I paid for the number. I don’t have to do anything further except waiting for you to tell me that it is lived, correct?

I have already log into my Linphone SIP account on the app on my phone. I don’t know if I need to do anything else more or not.

Since this is my first time using your service and first time using a virtual phone number, I tried to call the number you provided from another sip account (no number) and it did not ring. That means I need to wait until it is lived, right?
