How do you change the playback volume?

How do you change the playback volume? We noticed that regardless of the recording volume of the wav file when someone calls in the volume is lower then when you playback the wav file on the PBX panel.
Please advise.


What happens when you play the wav file in the PBX ( press the small play button in the module) ?

If its coming in with lower volume there it may be the file.

It says wav when you try to upload but it will accept an mp3 as well. Perhaps you want to try that too.

We tried another file that was 6.8MB and the system gave an upload file limit error. What is the size limit and why is there a size limit?


The limit is 5mb and its in place to protect infrastructure. This could change later as the PBX is evolving quickly…
