Hi there, thanks for trying to assist so far. I am still unable to use my US Flynumber. Any call to my Flynumber does not connect. Please assist asap.

Sorry to hear @LoweNoe and this should be OK now. The number had auto-renew off which caused the “Forbidden” errors you may have seen in the call logs.

We took care of this for you from here and retested the line. Its working OK,
