Hi @Valfirm,

We have multiple partners when it comes to different countries and number types. Unfortunately, this is not information we normally share, it’s to protect specific business relationships (not something that’s really in our hands).

We might be able to help if you specifically let us know why you need the specific carrier name—please send us a PM.

Thanks

Hi Team,

In Australia, there are xx/xx carriers. (1) xxxx, (2) xxx, (3) xx (now merged with xxx),

xxxx Renowned for providing good coverage in outback areas. xxx providing town centres and xx providing citi centres. While they all claim large % of the coverage, ultimately users has to decide, which carrier will best suite there coverage areas.

The reasson, I ask the quesstioon is, the areas that I need to use the phone is city as well as outback (Generaly off the grid areas). So, if you have a partnerhip with xxxx, then I want to try you as the mobile service provider.

Cheers

Thank you for the details @Valfirm

This would be relevant if we provided an eSIM; however, it doesn’t matter where you use the AU mobile number. If you forward to a phone number, not even the data connection is relevant.

So if you’re in the outback areas and have decent internet, the AU mobile will work fine. The carrier connection between the AU mobile company and us is excellent - it’s the connection you have with the forwarding or VoIP destination that will matter the most.

If sending the calls directly to VoIP (without our phone system), you can ping these IPs to see what the response is like.

If using the phone system, you can try pinging these.
