Hi I am using the numbers here to get calls answered by my workers and I would like to know if they are handling the customer service very well. Could someone please let me know if they know if calls can be recorded for later so that a manager can check the quality?
Yes you can record all the calls with the PBX / [Virtual Phone System]
Just drag the “Record” module and put it in between a Phone number and Person module to record all the calls between that FlyNumber and that person/forwarding destination
At the moment it emails you the recordings after the call is complete
