Sorry to hear and we see “auto-renew” is off so this will just cancel on its own before the next billing period.

We also see a question in regards to forwarding, would love to help on that, our Canada numbers are some the most reliable so I’m pretty sure this is configuration related. Would love to add a free month service for any inconvenience.
