There is no option to activate phone system in the account. I already have an account, so don’t want to open a new account. Is this something you need to do manually, as I already have an account.

During initial sign-up, the phone system can be enabled automatically; however, if you’re adding it later, we need to manually enable it (for now).
This has been enabled on your account, and we sent a separate email regarding this.

Check your spam/junk folder, but you can resend the app invite via the panel in the users section.

We are using the android app, however this is not working as when a call is received and when the user attempt to answer the app crashes and shuts down. Same happens when the app tries to dial out, when the number is entering the app crashes down and shuts down. Can you please fix this.
In the mean time, we will forward the number to the mobile.
User also send a support request through the app.

Sorry to hear that. Can you please share what Android device you have, as well as the OS version?
If you could email us a screen recording of when it crashes, it could really help the development team pinpoint and fix the issue ASAP.
