I cannot sign in to my account at all, anytime I try to login it says “Please login first”
This is now urgent as my number didnt auto renew, and now I cant login to access it

We see the account looks OK as far as you logging in.
Are you sure you’re using the correct username?
Please also try to reset your password (check spam/junk for the email reset password link just in case).

An update on Japan phone numbers:
Due to a recent increase in fraud, Japanese carriers have suspended local number provisioning for services outside Japan. As a result, Japan numbers are temporarily unavailable on FlyNumber.
In 14 years, we’ve only seen this happen a couple of times—and never with a market like Japan. We understand this is frustrating for customers who rely on these numbers.
We’re monitoring the situation and hope to bring Japan numbers back as soon as carriers resume service. We’ll keep you posted.

resetting my password allowed me back into the site. Trying to renew the number gives me an error. Is this because of what you mentioned about Japanese numbers?
Is my number now cancelled, or are you unable to provision new numbers?

Correct, unfortunately, National Japan numbers are not available due to local circumstances regarding government regulators there.
We can still help with a Japan toll-free number, though.
