I paid for Ukranian mobile number, but never have work TXT or VOIP forwarding work.
Finally when i call to it from my real cell number - some real person pick up a phone.
How it’s possible and what i’ve paid for then?

Sorry to hear this, and we see the Ukraine number is working (live).
Did you try calling or texting the number from a Ukraine operator? That would be the ideal way to test it, as we are not seeing your attempts in call history.

Ukraine number looks not owned by FlyNumber, someone pickup a call when i did text call from my working US number. I’ve not in Ukraine for test call from Ukrainian operators - that’s why i’ve purchase Ukrainian mobile number on FlyNumber for. Why does any matter from what number i’m calling to Ukrainian mobile i purchased on FlyNumber ?
Regarding support - i’ve opened two tickets + tried few times phone call to US based support number - no respond yet at all. Does support team in out forever?

We don’t see your attempts in Deakolllll logs which you could see yourself as well. My account call history.
Could you retest this from a different operator?
Normally, it does not matter, however in this case with Ukraine, we were at the mercy of the carrier/infrastructure there. This is why I suggested testing from an Ukraine operator.
However, my test was from a local US operator and we see proxy authentication error in the logs meaning there is something wrong with the forwarding destination.
