I’ve put money in my account and I still can’t purchase a phone number. it’s like a scam there is no way I can ask for a refund I knew it

Yes we did see that and opened a ticket for you once that order came in. Perhaps the notification went into spam/junk on your side.
There were some updates a couple days ago so I wonder if your order came in during then - ( payment without an actual order for a number )
