There is available balance; what else do I have to do to make the payment?

Sorry to hear about this. There are not enough funds to cover the cost of restoration. The number has been terminated for over 30 days, so adding just one month’s worth of funds will restore the number to a past date - you will need to add two months’ worth to restore it.
We are looking into your account as it seems the number has been terminated since at least last year, making things slightly more complicated. We will update your ticket ASAP.
