Support needed ASAP

Hi I have been trying to call and get a hold of someone since just before 1pm today. I have tried calling 10 times and have been sent to an automated line and have left messages with no call back.

I have not been able to find an email address either to try and contact anyone that way. I need to speak to someone over the phone. Not via this forum or anything else.

This has been absolutely ridiculous trying to get an answer today.

I am located in AUS.

Sorry about the runaround. Those phone lines don’t reach a person: they take a message, and we don’t offer live phone support. Everything is handled by email and chat.

Send what’s going on to [email protected], with the email address on your account, and we’ll pick it up from there. You can reply here too, just keep account details out of a public post.
