I have logged a ticket on your main site number 47570 and have left support voicemails, but after over a week no response and the service is still not working.
Please can someone investigate.

Either way, we are sorry to hear about your troubles with SMS.
We looked at the logs for your number, and an SMS did come in on 2026-04-14 at 22:08:24.
This one came in from a UK mobile actually—was that you?
Can you make sure nothing went into the spam/junk folder?
