Actually, I just want to receive calls from people in Mexico. That’s the DID number I purchased from FlyNumber, but it’s not working — neither the call forwarding to my Spanish number nor the VoIP option.

Sorry to hear that, and there are calls coming in via the logs
Are you sure the sip2sip credentials you’re using are attached to the SIP client? What do you see on the dial pad in Zoiper?
Turn off STUN if it’s on, try toggling the “transport” from UDP to TCP or vice versa.
Also, check if IPv6 is enabled or forced - if you could post screenshots of the settings, it would help.
