Service Terminated

Hello, I didnt get a reply to my email to customer support. As i mentioned, I dont use the service very often, not at all for some months, but today I have a VERY IMPORTANT CALL and my service was terminated again yesterday, the day before this call.
I am trying to make a payment but I get an error message:
Failed to add card: A duplicate customer payment profile already exists.

I have used this card for many months. I dont understand the problem.

man you are not the only with that problem. my number was canceled (not sure if I did a mistake or an accident) at least I cannot remember I have quit it - and I need it now and the support does not respond for more than a day. I had a situation where I have not even got a respond for a week. I am honest it sucks.
