We call number call drop right away. Calls don’t show on history or anything
Sorry to hear, and please PM the FlyNumber or your username so we can investigate.
Edit: I think we found it - looks like your number ends in 1483, correct?
We see this should be OK now, please retest.
Yes, it is the number ending in 1483. Same issue call drop right after calling. do not register on history. tested on multiple carriers
Sorry to hear about this, we’re on top of it via our local partners and will update ASAP.
Any updates on this issue?
Very sorry for the delayed update, and you were updated directly.
The number is working and should be tested from the Dominican Republic—this is the case with most toll-free numbers.
We placed a local call from DR number ending in 4321
DO toll-free numbers should look like this when dialed:
809xxxxxxx / 1809xxxxxxx / 849xxxxxxx / 1849xxxxxxx
Is there any way to allow international call on that number? Also is this number portable ?
Generally speaking, toll-free numbers are not reachable outside their native country, not specific to Flynumber - it’s just how toll-free numbers work in general (across the world.)
You would need to contact the new carrier/provider - we would not block any legitimate port outs.

Local call are are not working getting a busy error on history.
This looks to be a different issue now - we see the calls in the logs, so they are coming in, but it looks like the forwarding number (the 1347 number) is busy or not in service. Double-check the number and make sure there are no conflicts as far as you dialing the FlyNumber from that same device the 1347 lives on.
You might want to try VoIP just to test.
Set “host” to iptel.org and “user/extension” to music to quickly test your FlyNumber. You’ll hear music when you call the number.
as per https://www.flynumber.com/docs/basic-settings/set-voip
when tryin to port we are getting this response The porting number is not assigned to any carrier, therefore, it’s not a portable number. Numbers not assigned are not supported for porting.
In order to get this solved, you or your customer (as owners of the number) should contact the carrier and request to make this number portable.
Hi @Renzo747,
There are multiple layers involved here. The fact that your provider is telling you that indicates to me that it’s them having the issue and not us. We don’t block ports for any of our numbers; however, if the underlying carrier only releases them in blocks, for example, that could be an issue.
Could you ask them to put in the request to see if it ends up with us?
number working I can call for Argentina. But local calls are failing
Hi @Renzo747,
Could you PM the DR number that called? We see one in the logs ending in 2096 that got a busy signal when forwarding to your number.
You can see it as well in My Account > Call History.
