Registration Requirements 
To register a phone number for any of these locations, the following details are required:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Company name
- A copy of the company incorporation certificate
- A letter of authorization (island_loa.pdf)
You may provide a complete address from anywhere in the world. Note that the number you see online is a placeholder, and activation may take up to four weeks.
Important Note 
These numbers are for inbound calls only. Unfortunately, you cannot make outgoing calls from these numbers.
They also fall under the category of “Metered” numbers, similar to toll-free numbers in that there is always a per min rate for incoming calls regardless of the forwarding.
With these numbers the incoming rate would be .09 USD per min.
