My payement is still pending after a day, I don't know what to do 😅

A day ago I tried to recharge my FlyNumbers scale and it’s been a day since the payment is still pending. I paid with my credit card (American btw) and I was debited but my balance is still not credited. Can you help me solve this problem? I need this phone urgently.
