My order shows as pending and im looking to buy a lot of numbers also could i use this number on vapi to make calls from albania to italy and will i get chrged per minute by duing that pls respond and get me my number because im working with it

Hope all is well and that you will want to add funds - the outgoing call needs funds in prepaid and you don’t have enough in there to start a call (.09 USD currently).

You can set this to auto refill the account if you prefer.

Outbound Only: We only need this number to make outbound calls; we do not need it to receive incoming calls.

The final setup seems you don’t have any inbound route set anyway - this should work fine for outbound.

Call Volume: The line needs to handle approximately 100 to 400 outbound calls per month to our clients in Italy.

That will work fine here.

Concurrent Calls: We will have situations where two or more team members need to call different clients at the exact same time using this same number.

With outbound, you can use as many channels as you need, so having multiple members call out won’t be an issue.

it seems I’m paying for the Italian number separately then I’m paying for it altogether with the phone system again and then I’m paying for the phone system 2 times also I’m paying for a Romanian number which I haven’t gotten responses yet about it

The Italy number has the phone system bundled with it - 2.95 + 14.95.

The other 2.95 seems to be for the new Romanian number - it’s not live yet (we did email you earlier that it was pending).

Please add funds for the outgoing to start working again, check your email and make sure the email notifying you the account fell too low didn’t go into spam/junk - you can update that setting too.

You do not have double phone system subscriptions.

You are paying 14.95 + 2.95 a month for the Italy number - this is where the phone system is being charged.

Your Romania number is 2.95 and is included in the phone system as additional numbers can be added without paying for the phone system again (phone system is per account, not per FlyNumber).

The Milan number on the account is not active; the Ravenna number is active.

Do you want to cancel the Milan, Italy number and ONLY keep the Ravenna number on the account?

I have a few updates and questions regarding my numbers:

  • Milan Number Cancellation: Yes, please proceed with cancelling the Milan number as previously discussed.

  • New Romanian Number Configuration: I recently purchased a Romanian number. I would like to configure this one to receive calls personally—just like my other personal number. This is for my brother and sister to reach me directly so they can avoid the €0.50/minute international rate they currently pay when calling my Albanian number.

  • Albanian Numbers & AI Integration: I am also interested in purchasing Albanian numbers to set up a system similar to my Italian one. However, I noticed that the local calling rates within Albania still seem very high. With the current pricing, it isn’t financially viable for a business to run.

Could you provide a bit more insight into your Albanian outbound rates? I understand pricing often depends on local telecom carriers, and I am open to speaking with local Albanian providers if needed. That said, local companies here don’t offer the advanced AI-integrated systems that you do, which is why I want to make this work with your platform.

I suspect the high pay-per-minute rates might be because pay-as-you-go isn’t common here, but I would appreciate your guidance on how we might figure out a viable solution.

We see the latest order, the number was sent and is active - it’s also available for you to configure in the phone system as you please.

The rates are being updated soon but for now make sure you filter by ā€œLocalā€ - the rate is cheaper when you call out from one of our Albania phone numbers.

ok yes i already saw that pricing about albania but to be honest is so much higher then italy and also for albania bussines its not a good price but anyway i dont really need it for now so its not an issue for me i would really like to know tho how much each outboand call has costed me is that a way for that?

These are the prices for now - we have a major panel update coming with updated per-minute prices. The prices would change more often and could be in your favor in this case.
