I just signed up for a number. (very confusing) and they want payment before I get to see my number.
Sorry but at the moment we don’t have the feature where you can choose a number- its assigned automatically
We can have a engineer go through the database manually to check , there is a 1 time fee for this - we would supply you a couple memorable number options. We can also look for specific patterns or words if you need that.
You then choose one and we apply the fee
Eventually we will offer up number options before payment however this is just not possible at the moment.
