Inquiry About Balance Deduction

I am writing to ask about a discrepancy I noticed with my account balance. The last time I checked, my balance was around $15, and since then, I haven’t made any calls. However, today my current balance shows only $1.

I have reviewed my call history and do not see any activity that would account for this deduction. As far as I know, I have not used any other services either.

Could you please clarify what happened to the missing balance? Additionally, can you let me know where I can view a detailed breakdown of how my balance is being deducted?

You can see the subtractions and their traces in the My Account > Invoices section.

We have some panel updates in the works to make this clearer, but here it seems to be the renewal of the number/phone system:

2.95 for the number and 14.95 for the phone system.
