inbound calls are not coming on my phone number but i am able to make outbound calls. inbound calls were coming until yesterday.
When we first set the phone system for you, we set inbound calls to the phone system app. That’s probably what you are referring to when it was working, correct?
It seems your panel has been updated and none of the contact methods have your FlyNumber for inbound calls. If you’re not using the Call Flow, or in other words, modules on the grid panel, then you need to set the inbound for one of your SIP Accounts or App configurations to the FlyNumber.
Direct Connection (Simple)
- Assign a FlyNumber as the DID Number in the contact method settings
- Calls ring directly to that contact method
- Your FlyNumber will NOT be available in the Phone Number module
- No panel-based call flow customization
Call Flow Integration (Advanced)
- Leave the DID Number field empty
- Use the Phone Number module with your FlyNumber
- Connect to a Ring Group that includes the contact method
- Full access to modules for building custom call flows
