With Italy (as it needs to be approved by our partners that provide Italy phone numbers), it’s usually 24 hours or less. I see yours is currently pending, so we should have news soon.

I was asked for more documentation which I provided early yesterday and still no word. It is still pending. Any idea when I will hear back? Is there a possibility that I will be rejected?

Apologies on the delay here, and due to our Italy partners not working on the weekend (specifically Sunday), we will have to wait till Monday. I imagine all will go through smoothly, though.
