Our Flynumber phone line has just stopped working, hoping for some support in getting back up and running as soon as possible. When we call the number it results in ‘dead air’. The phone doesn’t ring, it’s simply empty space. Please help get us back up and running!

Sorry to hear this and the number looks OK as far as we can tell.
We just tested the number, it rang and connected to the forwarding number. ( an IVR and eventually asked for us to leave a voicemail )
The call history ( My account > Call history ) also shows many connected calls, there seems to be a call or 2 with " request terminated ". This usually means the forwarding number rejected the call or perhaps was out of service
Please retest and let us know
