I have enrolled in the service to get a Canadian number for US$2.95 with a top-up of $5 but the service is still not activated. It says pending. I don’t know how long does it take to be activated and also what Canadian number will I get, I mean can I choose the number I get? Please let me know ASAP.

It could be billing related but please send us your flynumber username or email on file as the one you used to login to this forum is separate from the flynumber.com site
At the moment we don’t have the feature where you can choose a number- its assigned automatically
We can have an engineer go through the database manually to check, there is a 1 time $39 fee for this - we would also supply you a couple memorable number options
