Account is not activated from couple of days

Account is not activated from couple of days even though provided all the required documents, tried to call US contact provided on the site at least 30 times, raised multiple tickets and also sent few emails. Nothing is working from support perspective, it’s very important for me to get active number asap. Your help be really appreciated if you look into this issue.

It seems to be assigned number is not correct, please assign correct number and activate the number asap.

With India, the number that shows up on the account during processing is a placeholder - our India partners will provide the actual number once it’s live. We will have more info soon here.

You promise number will be available instantly after document submission and it has been 2 days after document submission. What’s point of place holder number if customer is not able to use the number. Please provide active number in next 8-12 hours otherwise I don’t want to proceed with your service.

We are at the mercy of the local partners. Usually, number activation is pretty quick; however, specifically with India, it’s more nuanced. They provide a placeholder first, then the actual number. We are at their mercy; however, keep in mind it’s the weekend which slowed this down a bit.
