virtual Swiss number

Dear Sirs, I want to use a virtual Swiss number. I live in an EU country and want to make and receive calls using that number. You have many options on your website, and it’s difficult for me to understand them all. I want to make and receive calls at the lowest cost. I can use an app on an Android smartphone, and I always have internet access available on my smartphone. Could you please tell me what I need to do? thanks

For a local Swiss number you’ll need to provide (Personal: full name, contact phone number, passport/ID copy) OR (Business: full name, contact phone number, passport/ID copy, company name, company incorporation certificate). Plus a Switzerland address - you can simply type this out.

For the lowest cost calling, our phone system ($14.95/month) includes the free phone system app for your Android smartphone - works over internet with low per-minute rates for outgoing calls. You can make/receive calls directly through the app using your Swiss number.

Alternatively, create a SIP account through the phone system to use with any SIP app like Zoiper. We’re also releasing internal SIP accounts soon, which won’t require the phone system for incoming/outgoing calls.

Both options work perfectly over your internet connection and avoid international calling charges.

Thank you for clarifying my doubts. Could you please inform me what type of Swiss number your company offer (mobile or landline), can you please show me an example of number ? thanks in advance

Hi @msl,

They are local numbers—for example, Zurich or Geneva local numbers. (currently no mobile Swiss numbers)

There are also toll-free Switzerland numbers.
