I recently made an order and received a Chile phone 56-2 and it does not work for texting.
Wondering if I can be re-assigned a phone number with 56-9 as I was told this is the the of Chile number that can receive texts (especially more reliably).
I don’t necessarily need a Santiago mobile number . I just need any Chile phone number can receive incoming texts. Please provide me with the lowest cost option for. Chile phone number that has incoming TEXT capability.
when I look it up states 56-2 and 56-9 both can accept incoming texts but the phone numbers I received cannot receive any incoming texts even mobile to
Mobile texts .
The phone number 56-9 you assigned me does not work for incoming texting. What can we do to fix this issue ? Also you did not mention on your website that sms enabled phone numbers have any additional charge.
The cheaper ($9.95) option was sent and is active.
There are two “56-2” types of numbers, the Santiago without the SMS label, and the one with the SMS label. This doesn’t apply to you as we just sent the regular Mobile 56-9.
That is not correct, and I apologize for that. Could you send the phone number used in Chile to text the number, and we will have this taken care of right away? It could be that the local carrier there needs to double-check the routing. Please update your ticket with that Chile number and the GMT time of when the failed text was sent. If you have the carrier name of the phone in Chile, even better.
Correct, no additional charge. The texts get to the email on file for free.
I emailed you at support @flynumber.com with the times, cell, and carrier of the texts sent but didn’t come through and it was via Entel carrier . I would like to ensure that the texting capability is compatible with all the major Chile mobile carriers like Entel, Movistar, Claro, and WOM.
