Receiving 1300 Number Calls

Hi Team,

I have a 1300 number with another provider and would like to know if it’s possible to forward calls from that number to my FlyNumber setup. Does your system support receiving calls from 1300 numbers?

That should work fine as all you’re doing is forwarding those calls to FlyNumber. FlyNumber doesn’t know who or what is sending calls to the FlyNumber - it would be similar to forwarding phone calls to your mobile phone number. The mobile provider is not in control of who is sending calls to that phone number.

Yes, that should not be an issue, even directly (without forwarding) - we can also provide 1300 AU numbers if you need them.
