We have been charged for a port of a UK number, but it has not been ported yet. While the payment is deducted, there is no invoice generated as well. Can you please attend to this.

We do not see any charges as it relates to your UK port however there was an update to the porting of your UK number - please check your email and we will have this done ASAP.
