Porting a Number Over

Hello

The port in date for some numbers we are transferring into Flynumber was today 10/6 but I’m not seeing them in my account anywhere. Do you know when they will hit the account? Thank you

Hi @AmandaMullin and hope all is well.

These are on the account now and set to the phone system. Once officially ported, the settings you have in the phone system (see docs) will work automatically.

2 of the 3 in the phone system and I have added them to their appropriate call flows. The last one still is not in the phone system and it was the most important of the 3 - how long does it take to hit the phone system?

I don’t mean to be a pain but just following back up on this - really important to get access to this sales line number

I desperately need a response. When I call the sales line it is just a busy tone. This number is listed on multiple marketing materials and website that we need to update immediately if this number is gone or won’t be in our possession very soon.

The number is absolutely in your possession and confirmed.

You were updated via the account ticket. Are you sure this is set up correctly in the phone system?

We see at least one recent call on the number in question.

Thank you - before I wrote this I logged out of my account and then back in, refreshed my numbers and didn’t see it in there and tried calling the line and just got a busy tone. After getting your response, I logged in and it was in there and I have assigned to the call flow and did one test call, which I imagine is the one recent call you mention. Perhaps the time I called and got the busy tone was unluckily at the exact time the number was in the process of final porting. Thank you for your assistance and I apologize for the panic.
