Phone System not enabled

If you have an existing number set up with regular phone forwarding or direct VoIP, for example, and would like to switch it to use the phone system instead of ordering a new number, please open a ticket.

We have enabled it from here, and you should be good to go.

Can only answer phone call? Can I use it to receive text message?

You ordered a local UK number. Those don’t have SMS enabled - please order a UK Mobile 44-7 for SMS capabilities.
