The phone system is down and all the numbers are not woorkking. Issue is that the old legacy panel system was closed by you as the numbers are transfered to the new panel.

That was our mistake, not anything on your side — an automated check flagged your account wrongly and removed your phone system. It should never have happened, and I’m sorry.
We’re working on getting it restored now. I’ve emailed you as well, and I’ll keep you posted there as soon as I have something concrete.
