The payment looks to be online, but there is no order, or in other words, no FlyNumber was requested.
Please click sign up while logged in to order the number, and we will take it from there.
I had this happen last month—turns out my PayPal account had a limitation I didn’t notice. After fixing that and retrying payment, everything went through fine on the second try.
