Outbound Termination and SIP Registration

Hello,

I have recently purchased FlyNumber 16592091431 and configured it to forward calls directly to my Asterisk server at 194.113.106.48:5099.

I am attempting to place outbound calls from my server using this FlyNumber as the Caller ID (and other custom Caller IDs for testing purposes), but I am receiving a 408 Request Timeout error. My Asterisk logs show that INVITE packets are being sent to your New York POP (46.19.209.14), but no response is received from your end.

To resolve this, I request the following:

  1. Outbound Termination: Please whitelist my server IP (194.113.106.48) to allow outbound calls.

  2. Custom Caller ID: Please ensure that my endpoint is allowed to pass custom Caller IDs (P-Asserted-Identity / Remote-Party-ID) for spoofing/masking purposes.

  3. SIP Registration Credentials: If IP-based authentication is not sufficient for outbound calls, please provide me with the necessary SIP registration credentials (Authentication Username and Password) to register my Asterisk server with your SIP gateway.

Technical Details of my server:

  • Public IP: 194.113.106.48

  • SIP Port: 5099

  • Asterisk Version: 20.6.0 (PJSIP)

Thanks for posting.

For outbound, you’ll need to use our phone system - there we can provide SIP credentials for incoming/outgoing calls, or you can set up a trunk which might work better for you depending on your setup.

We also have a new panel in the works where we provide SIP credentials for inbound/outbound calls, coming soon.
