Ordered French Mobile or National Number and Nothing is Delivered

I signed up, ordered a French Number, then opened a ticket to clarify that I need either a French Mobile or a French National number for my US business, any of which allows the worldwide business location. After a few followups received questions about the company name, address (in France?), etc. Responded with the clarification. Total silence after that for more than the quoted 48 hours. Where are we with this?

We will need a France address associated with your company to register a National 33-9 number (proof of address would not initially be needed).
