Order process not working

I’ve tried to create an order for a number, and after I input my card details, the order does not go through, it just refreshes the page and that’s it. I tried to add funds manually, I tried to add 20USD, but page just refreshes and a message appears that the minimum top-up is 2.XXUSD. Can someone please help me out?

Were you able to add a card in the bottom of My account > account settings?

Yes, I’ve tried to add funds again, and to no success. Tried both methods, and still no success. We’ve found another solution that works with us, and we will see how that is going to workout. If that turns out not to be working for us, we will try again here.
