Hi @DomenikoHibroj, Hope all is well and that you will want to add funds - the outgoing call needs funds in prepaid and you don’t have enough in there to start a call (.09 USD currently). You can set this to auto refill the account if you prefer. Outbound Only: We only need this number to make outbound calls; we do not need it to receive incoming calls.
