My Phone System panel disabled

“My Phone system panel” has been disabled, I cannot use the platform, there is balance in the account so that you can charge. I cannot make calls, the application has stopped working. I request that this can be resolved as soon as possible.

There is another new number that I have not requested.

Please check and enable “My Phone system Panel”.

There were also ticket updates regarding billing and the phone system.

This was re-enabled and you are back online (albeit it’s a fresh phone system panel).
