The moment I tried to see my ordered number I was disconnected and now it says my account is blocked.
If it’s not possible to proceed my order and unblock my account, could I get a refund at least ?

Sorry to hear about this. It seems you’re using a @hotmail.com email. For some reason, our activation emails tend to go into spam/junk folders with them.
