My account blocked before to activate it and after paying

Hi team,

I got an error when trying to activate my account… with my brand e-mail [email protected] and Username greenative I created account, didn’t get any validation email, now if I try to reset password or connect it says accound banned I also checked in spam folder.

I paid already by paypal the service… but can’t access the ACCOUNT, coud you help me?

Also to create an account here, I had tu use my gmail address as the professional one, couldn’t get email verification.

The account was manually activated - the Swiss number is on the account but not active yet. It should be live shortly, and we will update via the ticket ASAP.

i have this issue aswell.
My account is [email protected], and its blocked after payment. I tried to see my new phone number but it led me to log in, i just created my account so i logged in with the credentials i made but they blocked my account saying my log in failed. Please solve this issue for me
