Made payments for my Australian number but still pending

I would like to know how long I have to wait until I get my fly number and I would like to know what next after payment is approved.

However, the reason for the delay is that we don’t see an actual order placed for an Australian number in our system. The payment was processed, but there’s no number order associated with it yet.

To complete your setup, please:

  1. Click here to sign up for an Australian number while logged into your account
    1. Select your desired city/prefix for the Australian number
    1. Complete the order process
      Once you do this, your number should be activated right away since we already have your payment on file.
