I have recently created an order (#80720) for an Israel (Tel Aviv) number and paid $2.95 USD via PayPal on 05 Sept 2025 (Transaction ID: 8YXXXXXXXXXX73B). The payment shows as completed in PayPal and I received the invoice (#8XXXXX9), but in my FlyNumber account the order is still showing as “Pending” and my prepaid balance is $0.**

Could you please review my payment and activate the number associated with my account?

@FlyNumber I have the same issue with Swedish number I paid for few days ago..
Sorry to hear that, and you were sent a couple of emails about this - we did not receive a response. Perhaps you replied using a different email from the one on file? Please also check your spam/junk folder just in case.
The same problem is happening to me. I paid for two orders and the number still hasn’t been released.

Hey, so you said “shortly” but it’s still pending, Furthermore, the number is already active on some device as Whatsapp number. Please check this and make sure my number is active today and I am able to use it and add it to whatsapp.
