Japan phone number options unavailable

Hi,

I was trying to sign up for a Japanese number, but the sign-up form doesn’t offer any options for the City dropdown field once I have selected Japan as the country.

Is this a temporary issue?

Correct, and unfortunately, all Japanese numbers are out of stock. There was an issue a couple of months back locally with Japanese regulators that caused them to shut down Japan National 81-50 numbers due to high fraud.

We hope they’re back soon, but there’s no solid ETA at the moment. Japanese toll-free numbers should be back soon though.
