I Can Make Calls But Can't Receive Them

Title says it all. I can call with my number with no problems, but when I try to call the business number itself, I either get a, “all circuits are busy,” or the number is disconnected. Any thoughts on what’s up?

Edit: I also notice that my payments were still pending since 3/12. Is everything okay?
