Good afternoon. I work in a contact center environment and we are needing a number in Ghana, which our current telephony company DialPad does not support. Forwarding to a US-based number would be their preferred solution. Is a Ghana number through FlyNumber able to be forwarded into our system, and what is the recurring/per-call cost?

Yes, you can forward to a regular phone number. Forwarding calls to a US phone number directly would be 0.02 cents - our per minute rates for when you forward calls directly to a regular phone number can be found here
